Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to work collaboratively with business partners, vendors, and other IT teams to successfully implement and support Sales and Order Management systems. The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing business requirements, assisting with developing business processes, advising the business users on best practices, and managing projects QA through implementation. The Business Analyst works cross-functionally to drive overall business/IT alignment.

Representative Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, gather and author business requirements, identify priorities, map business processes, and document customer journeys.
- Utilize system knowledge to make solution recommendations to key business stakeholders, identify process improvements, and communicate priorities to the development team(s).
- Design and implement new or enhanced operational processes to meet key business objectives.
- Support the business in the creation of business requirements and functional specifications to support the corporate strategy and to continually improve the functionality, performance, and reliability of our systems. Perform root cause analysis, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Create functional specifications and continually work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business and IT.
- Work with project management teams to create and manage project plans and to maintain schedules.
- Work with project stakeholders and project management teams to provide regular verbal and written project updates identifying risks, opportunities and timelines.
- Develop business process guides for end users.
- Define business test cases and manage the user acceptance testing process.
- Analyze problems and look for trends, always keeping management informed of problem areas.
- Follow all established project and support methodologies.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent years of experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or in an area related to the support of business applications, inclusive of:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sales CRM software.
- Minimum of 2 years of SAP Order to Cash (OTC) experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or other equivalent ticket management software.
- Strong understanding of the order to cash business cycle, including sales orders, distribution, and invoicing.
- Experience with end-to-end enhancement processes including functional design documents, user acceptance testing, and post-production support.
- The ability to isolate and define problems, taking steps to resolve them before they become more critical.
- Apparel, retail or consumer products manufacturing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills are required along with a high degree of flexibility and creativity.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with persuasive and assertive approach to getting the job done.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required
- Willing to work after business hours if necessary
- Up to 10% travel required
- This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
