Summary
The primary function of this position is to obtain and analyze data from multiple systems including WMS, SAP, etc. to ensure correct placement of inventory to fulfill customer orders.

Responsibilities
• Manage DC storage capacities across the network to ensure adequate levels of inventory to meet customer order demand in each distribution center.
• Analyze results of data collection, identify patterns and trends, and report results back to relevant members of the business.
• Create systematic transfers, including monitoring and communicating inventory segmentation exceptions.
• Monitor established reporting to determine and facilitate inventory moves between DC’s.
• Communicate status of inventory moves between DC’s to Customer Care, DC Planning Management, 3PL Management and DC Operations.
• Collaborate with Logistics to schedule inventory moves between DC’s
• Collaborate with Customer Care on inventory placement of replicated styles to fulfill/ship customer orders on time.
• Support alignment in strategy and process across the DC network.
• Align with Logistics and DC/3PL Management on inbound capacities.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Related Field
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Distribution.
- General understanding of warehousing, order fulfillment and customer service functions and operations.
- 2 plus years of strong systems knowledge in Manhattan WMS is required
- 2 years of analytics and data interpretation experience is required
- High proficiency with MS Office
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel – VBA, pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- SAP experience preferred
- SQL – IBM OLAP specifications, common table expressions, windowing functions
- Experience with project management (PMBOK) and systems analysis and design (SDLC) is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Able to lead projects with minimal supervision
