Summary

The Global Talent Management Partner I will focus on supporting GTO (Global Talent Organization) programs related to associate engagement, organizational design, and change management support. This role will also need to leverage effective communications, project and change management tools, templates, and processes to effectively support the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and company action planning leads on associate engagement and action planning initiatives through strong project management to support and promote a positive associate experience and deeper connection to our culture. 
  • Design and administer associate surveys utilizing the survey design tool and process for various engagement, change management, or other initiatives requiring quantitative feedback.  
  • Support the change management of enterprise and local initiatives through participation in project teams by utilizing the change management approach, tools, and templates as outlined in the service level agreement for change management support.  
  • Develop communication, change management, and training plans in partnership with HR Business Partners and/or project and business leaders in support of change management. 
  • Facilitate conversations and collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to create and support solutions aligned with business needs and change or engagement related initiatives. 
  • Work collaboratively with global talent and HR Operations leaders.   
  • Analyze situations and/or problems from an organization or enterprise level perspective, determining the appropriate decision makers and the appropriate programs or processes to be modified, adapted or created.   
  • Provide partnership and support for other global talent initiatives and programs. 
  • Work with outside vendors and contractors as needed to achieve global talent-related goals. 

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, training and development or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.  
  • Master’s degree preferred.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 years or more of Human Resources experience working in a corporate or similar environment, including the following:     
    • Experience in Talent Management (OD or Learning & Development) preferred
  • Experience in facilitating discussions with various size groups at various organizational levels 
  • Experience presenting information in formal and informal settings.
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills. Strong experience and ability in SharePoint preferred. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels of associates and leaders.  
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing projects of various sizes.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
  • Strong demonstrated critical thinking skills, with successful execution and implementation experience.   

 

Working Conditions

  • Typical office environment; cubicle/office setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required. 

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends if necessary.  

  • ​​This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.

  • National travel required (up to 25%).
