Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Communication and Experience Manager is a pivotal role responsible for delivering impactful communication to sales teams, managing key operational platforms, and enhancing the overall sales experience. This individual will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies, improve platform performance, and drive a unified approach to sales operations. By acting as a central hub for communication and coordination, this role ensures clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the organization while focusing on elevating the experience for both internal sales teams and external customers.

Representative Responsibilities

Develop and deliver concise, engaging communications to sales teams, ensuring alignment on business updates, processes, and programs.

Distill complex operational changes and technical details into clear, audience-specific content that drives awareness and adoption.

Utilize multiple formats, including email, web content, video, and graphics, to deliver information in an accessible and engaging manner.

Partner with sales leaders to ensure communication initiatives align with overarching sales strategies and goals.

Oversee and optimize internal tools, including Sales SharePoint, ensuring it remains an accessible and valuable resource hub for sales teams.

Assist in external B2B order management platform project to enhance the customer buying experience and support operational efficiency.

Lead initiatives to improve the overall sales experience by streamlining processes, enhancing access to resources, and simplifying workflows.

Gather insights from field sales teams, customer feedback, and business partners to inform strategies and improve processes that drive innovation and consistency in sales operations.

Support efforts to improve customer experience by aligning sales operations with customer expectations and business priorities.

Leverage data, insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategies that drive better outcomes for sales teams and customers.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of initiatives impacting sales teams.
Required Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in management, business or a related field.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
5+ years' experience of marketing, communications, project management, or related experience.

2+ years of project management or related experience preferred.

Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word Programs.

Experience managing one or more medium to large projects of complex dependencies and risks.

Experience in developing and maintaining detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, aligning teams and initiatives to achieve shared goals.

Experience managing and optimizing platforms, such as SharePoint and B2B systems, with a focus on usability and operational alignment.

Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. A customer-first perspective, with a focus on improving the experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Typical office environment; office setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required.

Willing to work some weekends if necessary.

National travel required (up to 30%).

This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
