Responsibilities

Picking: Follow system generated instructions to pick garments from picking racks and big packs, pack garments into cartons to fulfill customer order​s. 

Special Handling: Complete special customer requirements by placing garments on hangers, in polybags, add tags, etc. prior to shipping.​​  

Service: Perform various activities such as using a pallet jack, lifting cartons and cases, use service elevator, load baler, restock supplies, etc. to support multiple job functions throughout the facility.  

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the preferred work method.   

Maintain safety and housekeeping in assigned areas.   

Report problems in work area in a timely manner.    

Demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and quality of work.  

Demonstrate honest and ethical behavior.   

Utilize warehouse management system to perform selective tasks.   

Education

Required Skills and Experience

Average hand/eye/foot coordination 

Ability to read fine print for extended periods of time 

Ability to train and positively interact with other associates 

Ability to adjust to doing multiple tasks and being assigned to various areas  

Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures, sequences, and pace 

Ability to work in a job with precise tolerance and standards 

Ability to routinely manually lift up to 65 pounds 

Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, walking and standing majority of the shift 

Ability to work in excess of 40 hours but no more than 60 hours per week 

Testing may be required for this job 

Working Conditions
